The Meredith Inn is a non-smoking property. All rooms have private baths, individual heat control, cable TV and telephones. The building is fully sprinkled. A full breakfast is served each morning. Rates listed are in season rates, May 1st to November 1st and certain holidays.

FIRST FLOOR

Room 1 Queen bed. Bath with pedestal sink and large tiled shower with built-in seat. Walk-out bay window. Air Conditioned. $139.00

Room 2 King plantation bed. Single person whirlpool tub/shower and sitting area in the turret featuring an octagonal wood floor design. Air conditioned. $169.00

Room 3 Wheelchair accessible room with 2 twin (single) beds or arranged as a European king bed. The bath has a single person whirlpool tub with adjustable showerhead and tiled seat. Air conditioned. $169.00 Third person, pull out twin sofa bed, add $25.00

Call for off season rates from November 1st to May 1st. Holidays not included.

Deposits: A full nights rate is required for deposit within seven days after you book your reservation. Confirmations are sent out after we receive a deposit. This deposit guarantees both the guest and the Inn the entire period booked and is credited to your bill.

Cancellation Policy: A 14 day cancellation notice is required for refund of deposit, less a $20 per room cancellation fee. With less than 14 days notice, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented.
